Day 1: You Are BEAUTIFUL!
That’s right, I’m talking to you! YOU are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and I don’t just mean on the outside, I also mean on the inside! I want you to tell yourself this every morning. You are a beautiful person, and when you start telling yourself this, you’ll start believing it. It has been a major help with my self-esteem. My self-esteem, takes a big hit from my depression, and a big help is when I tell myself I am beautiful!

I feel beautiful, when I get up in the morning and I am in a really good mood. I mean it may be gloomy outside, but if I wake up in a good mood it’s going to be a good day! When ever my niece sees me, and smiles the biggest smile, she makes me feel beautiful. My husband reminds me every day of how beautiful I am, and that always helps. I also feel beautiful, when I wear a full face of makeup, but also when I’m not wearing any makeup at all.
