Good Thoughts to Get Rid of the Bad Thoughts: Helping Get Rid of the Anxiety
There are those days when I wake up and I instantly feel like the world is against me! These days are my toughest. I get up and go through my routine in zombie mode, I get dressed, don’t even bother fixing my hair, or even putting make-up on. I just get in the car and drive to work. When these feelings hit, the world can just suck it, because I don’t really care. All I want to do is crawl back into bed and stay there!
In reality though, I can’t do that. I have to get up, smile, and conquer my own mind. So, I take a deep breath and think about all the good in my life
I am healthy! Now, I may not be the skinniest girl out there, but I am healthy. I eat right, exercise occasionally, and have regular checkups!
I’m happy! I’m happily married, despite some major bumps in the road. My gorgeous niece, and awesome nephews, light up my world and always put a smile on my face. I have my dogs who make me laugh, and I have an amazing family!
I’m following through with some of my biggest dreams! Guys I wrote my first of many books! (I will have a release date soon!) I also started this blog, which is growing and becoming a passion of mine instead of just a hobby!
I’m finding my love for myself again! I used to put myself down all the time, and always doubted myself. Now, I love who I am! I put my whole heart into everything I do, and ignore my self-doubt! I’m learning, that it’s OK to be sensitive, and a little shy, and if people don’t like it or understand me then that’s their problem. I don’t have to explain myself!
So, even though I may wake up and feel the weight of the world on my chest, I’m going to be just fine! Life may be tough, but I’m a whole lot tougher!
