10 Habits to Become a Better Me

I’ve been slacking in the healthy habits and being a better me department, so, I made a list of 10 things I am starting today!! Why not let Spring be a good time for me start some healthier habits! New things grow and come to life in the Springtime so, it’s a great time to start something new!

10 Habits to Become a Better Me

    I’m so bad when it comes to waking up in the morning. I find it next to impossible to wake up in the morning when my alarm goes off – I end up hitting snooze a million times. I think it’s partly because my busiest part of the day is afternoons and evenings so I don’t really have enough time to unwind before bed, leaving me super exhausted in the morning. I’m trying to work on this habit but with the time change it’s even harder! hahaha
