If you are wanting to check out essential oils, then this book is exactly what you need. Alicia, not only explains all the different oils, but also gives you different blends that will help with many things. As someone who suffers from anxiety, some of these oils, if not most of them are very helpful for attacks or just keeping you calm. Oh, and if you need a stress reliever there is a specific blend just for that. (Stress No More: 2 drops lemon, 4 drops lavender, 6 drops of Clary sage). I always have trouble focusing, and guess what there is even a blend for that. (Focus: 6 drops Rosemary, 4 drops Lemon, 2 drops Peppermint).
This is a definite book to add to your collection. It is extremely helpful and has so many blends to help with everything you can think of. Thanks to Alicia and this book, I will be starting my journey with essential oils. I can’t wait to see what they will do to help my anxiety.
