Day 7: Reflect on Your Fight Against Depression

We made it! Let me tell you, this challenge was definitely a difficult one for me. There were days I didn’t want to do anything including the challenges, but I knew if I conquered the challenges I could conquer anything. I fought through the challenge and it helped me so much.

What I learned…

I am beautiful, strong, and an amazing woman. No matter what the day threw at me, I made it. My depression, showed its ugly face quite a few times, but thanks to this challenge I learned to control it. ThisĀ challenge was much needed, to help me learn that I could make it through anything. I was able to relax and focus on the better things in life. The things that made me happy and laugh. The things that put a smile on my face and kept me calm.


My Plan After the Challenge…

Definitely to keep fighting! Fall in love with myself again and live my life to the fullest. Depression isn’t going to control my life anymore. I’m going to learn ways to get passed the ugly feelings. I want to be happy and live a worthy life!
