Summer Reading List: Top 6 Picks!

You’re all probably wondering, where is my May monthly reading list? Well, I gave up on monthly reading list. I know, Book Nerd fail! Don’t worry though, I’m keeping with my reading list, but as seasonal list.

So, I average about two books a month. The reason behind that is because I like to take my time with books, plus I am a very busy Aunt and I spend a lot of time at the baseball fields! Without further ado, here’s my Summer list!

Summer Reading List!

My current read!

Book Snippet:

What drew me to this book!

How do you get accidentally married? You apply for a position to be a CEO’s girlfriend.

Book #5

By Kandi Steiner

Book Snippet:

Sometimes getting lost is the way to find yourself. Sometimes healing only adds a new scar. And sometimes the last place you expected to be is exactly where you find home. (Goodreads)

What drew me to this book!

After reading the blurb for this book, I knew this had to be on my list. Anything with someone finding their selves is a must in my collection.

Book #6

Dangerous Refuge
By Elizabeth Lowell

Book Snippet:

Combining their unique skills-Shaye’s low-key approach and local connections and Tanner’s experience as a homicide detective-the unlikely pair share long nights in the pursuit of justice. (Goodreads)

What drew me to this book!

Well, to be honest, I can’t remember. This book has been sitting on my shelf for a long, long time now, so I thought, “why not give it a shot.” Then I read the blurb again, and knew exactly why I picked it up. Romance… Mystery… Suspense… What’s not to like!

Let me know if you have read any of these, and what your thoughts were! If you have read any of them, please no spoilers. Also let me know if any of these are on your to-be-read list!
