I know Spotlight Sunday is usually just one book, but I have been looking for some self-help books and decided these needed the spotlight. Also, I had a friend who asked for some recommendations, so it was the perfect opportunity for this post. There is a mixture of books to help you be a better you and books for mental health, I wanted to cater to all needs and give multiple options. If you have been in the need for a new self-help book journey, I hope these help.
